Job Description

- At Egencia, we are looking for a Google Analytics native who can deliver reporting, provide website performance analysis and insights, and make recommendations to the team.
What You’ll Do
- This job is for you if you are a data driven marketer who solves all problems with analysis and data driven solutions!
- Owner of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager tools for Egencia.com
- Develop, maintain, and support the web analytics infrastructure, data collection, web site tracking tools, technical integration, platform administration and reporting.
- Drive analysis of GA events, building out dashboards and reports directly with the marketing ops team.
- Drive a comprehensive tagging strategy and implementation for Egencia.com. Ensure accurate visibility into funnels, calls to action, and events.
Maintain a master inventory of tags. Work closely with content creators to adapt and expand over time. - Report on A/B testing performance
- Partner with Web Dev team to identify ways to improve and streamline GTM tracking. Help ensure a consistent approach to site tracking data.
- Verify the full Google Analytics events pipeline all the way to the data warehouse. Work with Dev team and Marketing ops teams to isolate and solve issues.
Who You Are
- Strong quantitative analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics
- Experienced data visualization skills
- Stellar written and oral communication skills, collaborating with a broad group of stakeholders
- Acute attention to detail with a consistent and organized approach
- Bachelor degree; or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in a Marketing Analytics role working directly with marketing teams on user facing web properties
- 5+ years direct experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager leading the full inventory of dashboards and tags for one or more web properties
- Demonstrated experience in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to analyze web traffic and performance
- Experience in A/B testing reporting utilizing Google Optimize or Optimizely
- Utmost attention to detail with a consistent and organized approach
- Some exposure to the web development process, with the ability to review basic HTML/Javascript and work effectively with web developers.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, or Power BI a bonus
