As Manager, Digital Marketing & Social Media, you will work cross-functionally with our Clients, Digital Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to lead the creation and implementation strategy of performance marketing and social media tactics for the online brands that ODN manages.
You will be responsible for designing an overall Digital Marketing strategy, create social marketing campaigns, build brand recognition, and manage all social media handles.
Major Duties And Responsibilities:
- Manage Paid Search and Social Advertising Strategy of ODN’s client brands with insight into budget allocation and audience targeting, provide reporting to key stakeholders
- Create, implement, track, analyze, and optimize, and report on paid search and social advertising campaigns in all Major Search Engines and Social Networks
- Create and utilize successful bid strategies and keyword management
- Continuously optimize brands’ Paid Search and Social Advertising spend and activities on a daily/weekly basis including testing all facets of paid search activities to help clients achieve sales results
- Develop and implement Social Media Brand Strategies, Campaigns, and plans to build brand/company Awareness.
- Monitor Social Media progress using Web Analytic tools.
- Drive engagement with social Media “influencers”.
- Keep a track of social media trends and research and relay it to business strategists
- Partner with our creative team and agencies to write effective, concise copy for multiple platforms, websites, and social networks.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in leading performance Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategy for E-Commerce Brands.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients, stakeholders across the company and facilitate collaboration between teams.
- Knowledge of e-commerce metrics and analytics to determine page performance, opportunities to optimize sales and plan new testing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to think strategically.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applications.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience
- Related Work Experience
- 4+ years: Performance digital marketing and social media management experience (agency side a plus)
