Job Description:
- Manage all online channels for bus ticket sales to increase customer base and overall revenue
- Identify levers & run campaigns to increase & improve customer ratings on different Social Media Channels
- Identify new data sources and online channels to increase customer base for Shuttl
- Use existing data to design segmented campaigns for different customer segments, routes, etc.
- Design and track various funnels, cohorts and other key metrics like Conversion Rate, Churn and Reactivation
- Work with analytics & Tech. teams to build relevant revenue management products
Desired Candidate profile :
- He Should have 5+ years of experience, preferably in a consumer internet company
- He Should have a strong analytical bent of mind with good understanding of data
- He Should have worked in a data/analytics/growth related role
Qualification Required : Btech./ BE/ Other undergraduate degree from a reputed college
