Job Description
- Be the primary business owner of SBI Card website.
- Work closely with internal business teams to collect, plan, and prioritize the requirements for development and enhancement of functionalities on SBI Card website
- Define and design the User Interface and User Experience for any new developments / enhancements on SBI Card website.
- Work closely with UI/UX agencies to deliver Wireframes, Visual Designs and HTMLs for Website developments
- Partner closely with technology teams to ensure timely delivery of website projects as per agreed project plans
- Manage the business testing phase of all new developments on website with respect to UI/UX.
- Define the business tracking requirements for all user journeys on website. Track all key business metrics relevant to the website functioning.
- Track website performance related metrics and insights to facilitate discussion of business strategic initiatives
- Ensure best practices/processes across all website linked projects by developing and maintaining plans and managing allocated resources
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing at a recognized agency or with a leading BFSI or consumer brand.
In-depth experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Understanding of UI / UX development cycle. UI / UX for Digital channels preferably website. Website funnel conversion optimization
- Digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, owned media, paid media, etc.)
- Fintech product management
- Understanding of web metrics, digital analytics (Omniture and Google Analytics) and ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- Deep customer focus and experience with researching and determining customer needs
- Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality and timelines
- Superior communication skills – both verbal and written and good presentation skills
Proven ability to operate successfully across multiple groups and business owners. - High energy, can-do attitude with willingness to go the extra mile to get work done
